Targets Active Breakouts
Combines exfoliating acids and antibacterial botanical ingredients to help reduce congestion and improve the appearance of active blemishes, including red, inflamed breakouts.
Deep Pore Decongestion
2% Salicylic Acid is oil-soluble, allowing it to work within oily pores and help loosen the buildup of sebum and dead skin cells that contributes to blackheads, whiteheads and clogged follicles.
Exfoliates & Smooths Skin Texture
5% L-Lactic Acid helps loosen the bonds between dead skin cells at the skin's surface, encouraging more even exfoliation and reducing the accumulation of cells that can contribute to congestion.
Helps Balance Excess Oil
Niacinamide and Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate support a more balanced-looking complexion and help manage the appearance of excess sebum.
Supports Post-Breakout Pigmentation
Niacinamide helps improve uneven skin tone and the appearance of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), including the lingering brown marks that can remain after a breakout has healed.
Helps With Ingrown Hairs
The combination of surface exfoliation and pore-clearing ingredients can help reduce the buildup of dead skin cells around hair follicles, making it useful for areas prone to ingrown hairs.
Improves Rough, Bumpy Skin
Can be used on localised areas of keratosis pilaris, where excess keratin accumulates around hair follicles and creates a rough, bumpy texture.

L-Lactic Acid 5% — Surface Exfoliation & Texture
An Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that works primarily at the skin's surface.
Lactic Acid helps loosen the connections between accumulated dead skin cells, encouraging their removal and improving roughness, congestion and uneven texture.
It also has humectant properties, meaning it can attract water and contribute to skin hydration.
Encapsulated Salicylic Acid 2% — Pore Clearing & Congestion
A Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) particularly useful for oily, congested and acne-prone skin.
Unlike water-soluble AHAs, Salicylic Acid is oil-soluble, allowing it to work within sebum-rich follicles and help loosen the buildup that contributes to clogged pores.
It also has anti-inflammatory properties, making it useful for blemishes associated with redness and inflammation.
O COSMEDICS uses an encapsulated delivery system designed to improve ingredient stability and provide a more controlled release.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — Oil Balance, Redness & Barrier Support
A versatile ingredient that supports the skin's natural barrier function, helps regulate the appearance of excess oil and improves uneven skin tone.
Niacinamide can also help reduce visible redness and support the appearance of post-breakout pigmentation.
Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract — Antibacterial Botanical Support
A botanical ingredient included for its potential antimicrobial properties.
O COSMEDICS uses it to help address breakout-associated bacteria and support a clearer-looking complexion.
Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate — Oil Regulation & Uneven Tone
A water-soluble derivative of Azelaic Acid combined with glycine.
Used in skincare for its sebum-balancing, hydrating and brightening properties, making it particularly relevant for oily skin and uneven pigmentation.
Although related to Azelaic Acid, it isn't identical to pure Azelaic Acid and shouldn't be assumed to provide the same clinical effects.
Witch Hazel Water — Astringent Support
A botanical ingredient commonly used in products designed for oily skin.
Provides astringent properties that may help reduce the appearance of excess oil, although it can be irritating for some sensitive or barrier-impaired skin types.

Those wanting a targeted exfoliating treatment rather than an all-over serum

Apply a small amount directly to affected areas morning and/or evening, depending on your skin's tolerance.
Use after cleansing and before other corrective serums, moisturisers and hydrating products.
Allow the serum to absorb before applying additional skincare.
-
Serums are designed to deliver concentrated active ingredients to the skin to target specific concerns. While your cleanser and moisturiser support the overall health and function of your skin, a serum can add a more targeted step to your routine.
Depending on the ingredients, serums can help address concerns such as dehydration, pigmentation, breakouts, redness, oiliness and visible signs of ageing. They can also support the skin barrier and provide antioxidant protection.
Because serums are usually lightweight and formulated with a higher concentration of specific active ingredients, they can be an effective way to personalise your skincare routine around what your skin needs.
You don't necessarily need lots of serums either. The right one or two, chosen for your skin and concerns, can make a meaningful difference as part of a consistent routine.
Think of your serum as the targeted treatment step in your skincare routine — chosen to support your specific skin goals.

Professional Australian-made skincare focused on skin health, corrective care and long-term skin function.
O COSMEDICS combines skin science with functional active ingredients to create high-performance skincare designed to address a wide range of skin concerns while supporting the health of the skin barrier.
Skin First Philosophy
O COSMEDICS follows the principles of Corneotherapy, a skin treatment philosophy centred around protecting, repairing and maintaining the skin's outermost layer — the stratum corneum.
Rather than taking an aggressive approach to skincare, the range focuses on working with the skin's natural biology and supporting healthy skin function. Active ingredients and corrective treatments can then be introduced according to what the skin needs and can tolerate.
Functional Actives
O COSMEDICS products are formulated with functional doses of active ingredients selected for their ability to support specific skin functions and concerns.
These actives are used across the range to target concerns including pigmentation, acne, congestion, dehydration, inflammation, redness, loss of firmness and visible signs of ageing.
Science & Skin Health
O COSMEDICS takes a skin-health approach that considers more than just the visible appearance of the skin.
Its formulations are designed around key factors that influence skin ageing and function, including collagen breakdown, inflammation, glycation, photo damage and oxidation.
The range also incorporates biomimetic ingredients — ingredients designed to work in harmony with the skin's natural structure and processes — alongside O COSMEDICS' V8 Peptide Complex®.
Australian Made & Woman Owned
O COSMEDICS is proudly Australian made, with its products manufactured at its Sydney-based facility.
The brand was developed in Australia with the unique skin challenges of the Australian environment and climate in mind. O COSMEDICS was founded by Australian skin and beauty therapist Maria Enna-Cocciolone.
Professional Skincare
O COSMEDICS is used by professional skin therapists and clinics in Australia and internationally.
The range includes everyday skincare as well as more targeted corrective products, allowing routines to be tailored to different skin types, concerns and stages of skin health.
The goal is simple: support healthy skin, address individual concerns and achieve visible results without losing sight of the skin's long-term health.

Although both are exfoliating acids, they work slightly differently.
AHAs, such as Lactic Acid, primarily work at the skin's surface, helping remove accumulated dead skin cells and improve roughness and uneven texture.
BHAs, such as Salicylic Acid, are oil-soluble and particularly useful for addressing buildup within oily pores and hair follicles.
Combining the two provides a more comprehensive approach to congestion, targeting both surface accumulation and blockages within the follicle.

Free from artificial colours and harsh preservatives
Free from harsh synthetic fragrances
