The Release Ritual
A deeply restorative facial designed for when you don't want to talk, think or make decisions — you just want to switch off and be looked after.
This is a sensory, relaxation-focused treatment combining personalised skin therapy with calming breathwork, essential oils, soothing music and slow, intentional massage. Conversation is kept to a minimum, allowing you to settle into the treatment and completely disconnect from the outside world.
Your skin receives gentle, nourishing care while the focus is on deep relaxation, touch and creating a space to truly unwind.

The muscles of the jaw and cheeks are used constantly — from talking and eating to facial expressions. They can also hold significant tension, particularly around the masseter, cheeks, jaw and inside of the mouth.
Buccal massage allows these structures to be accessed from both inside and outside the mouth. Using gloved hands, gentle pressure and slow, deliberate movements, the treatment works directly with the muscles and surrounding soft tissue to encourage relaxation and release.
Combined with external facial massage, the treatment can support:
Release of jaw and facial tension
Relaxation of the masseter and cheek muscles
Reduced feeling of tightness through the jaw and face
Support for lymphatic drainage and circulation
A softer, more relaxed appearance to the face
Relief from the feeling of facial heaviness or tension
Deep relaxation and nervous-system downregulation
A feeling of spaciousness through the jaw, face, neck and shoulders
The result isn't about changing the structure of your face — it's about working with the muscles and soft tissues to encourage relaxation, circulation and fluid movement.

The Release Ritual has little to no downtime. Your face may appear slightly flushed immediately afterwards from increased circulation and massage, which should settle naturally.
You may also notice that your jaw and facial muscles feel lighter, softer or more relaxed. Occasionally, areas that have received deeper massage may feel mildly tender, similar to the feeling after a body massage.
After your treatment:
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
Avoid excessive heat immediately afterwards if your skin feels warm or flushed.
Allow your jaw and facial muscles to relax rather than immediately engaging in excessive chewing or clenching.
Keep your skincare gentle for the remainder of the day.
Avoid additional intensive facial massage or facial treatments for 24 hours.
Listen to your body and allow yourself some quiet time if possible.
Your mouth and facial tissues may feel slightly different immediately after intraoral massage. This is normal and should settle as the muscles return to their relaxed state.
