Finding the balance between clinical results and comfort is always at the forefront of my approach to skin needling.
With 7 years of experience providing professional skin needling treatments, I’ve worked with a range of technologies including 1NEED, Dermapen, EXCEED and M-Derma. I’ve also completed advanced skin needling training through The Australian Dermal & Laser Institute, with ongoing education in body needling, scar revision and advanced corrective techniques.
I use the 1NEED PRO system, a medical device that is CE certified (CE 1375) and ARTG listed, allowing me to tailor treatments to your individual skin, concerns and goals.
I also use DP Dermaceuticals throughout my treatments, with professional formulations specifically designed to work alongside skin needling. Sterile infusions and supportive products are selected to help care for the skin throughout treatment and recovery.
Your comfort is just as important as the results. I allow extra time for every needling treatment, so there’s no need to rush and you’re welcome to take a break whenever you need one. The 1NEED PRO is also a particularly quiet device, helping create a calmer, more comfortable treatment experience.
Once the needling is complete, your skin is treated to a HYLA ACTIVE 3D SCULPTURED MASK to help soothe the skin and reduce the appearance of redness and inflammation. During this time, you’ll receive a relaxing shoulder or scalp massage — giving you a moment to unwind, reset and leave feeling cared for.
Every treatment is tailored to your skin, with a focus on safe, considered and results-focused skin needling that supports your long-term skin health.

Skin needling is suitable for many different skin types and concerns, making it a great option for anyone looking for long-term skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime.
It can help improve the appearance of:
Redness and uneven skin tone
Melasma and pigmentation
Acne and acne scarring
Scarring
Stretch marks
Fine lines and wrinkles
Uneven or rough skin texture
Loss of firmness and elasticity
Whether you’re looking to maintain healthy, youthful-looking skin or specifically target a particular concern, your treatment is customised to your skin, goals and current skin condition.

Skin Needling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, uses a precision microneedling device to create controlled micro-injuries within the skin. This stimulates the skin’s natural healing response, encouraging cell renewal and the production of collagen and elastin.
Over time, this can help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, pigmentation, enlarged pores and uneven texture, while supporting overall skin health and resilience.
The result is smoother, firmer, more refined-looking skin with a healthy, fresh glow. ✨
Your treatment is customised to your skin, concerns and goals, with carefully selected products used throughout to support the skin before, during and after treatment.

Skin needling is an advanced treatment and requires a consultation appointment or customised facial prior to your first treatment. This allows me to properly assess your skin, discuss your goals and make sure needling is the right option for you.
Depending on your skin and treatment goals, you may need to prepare your skin beforehand with specific homecare, such as pigment inhibitors or retinoids, or have other treatments first to ensure your skin is healthy, resilient and in the best position to achieve results while minimising the risk of adverse reactions.
In some cases, skin needling may not be suitable, or you may not yet meet the requirements to proceed with treatment. Your skin health and safety always come first. If needling isn't the right option for you, I’ll explain why and, where appropriate, recommend alternative treatments or refer you to a suitable healthcare professional.

Immediately after skin needling, your skin may appear red and feel warm, tight or sensitive — similar to a sunburn. Some clients may also experience mild swelling, dryness or light flaking over the following days.
For the first few days, your skin should be kept gentle, hydrated and protected. You will be provided with personalised aftercare recommendations, but generally you should:
Use gentle, soothing and hydrating skincare
Avoid active ingredients and exfoliation until advised
Avoid picking, peeling or touching the skin unnecessarily
Avoid excessive heat, sweating, swimming and saunas while the skin is healing
Avoid direct sun exposure
Wear SPF 50+ every day
Your skin will continue to repair and renew after the treatment, so results develop gradually over the following weeks. Following your recommended aftercare and home-care routine is an important part of achieving the best results.

Skin needling can feel like a light scratching, vibrating or prickling sensation as the device moves across the skin. Some areas can feel more sensitive than others, particularly around the forehead, nose and upper lip.
You may experience some warmth, redness and sensitivity during and immediately after your treatment. The level of discomfort varies between individuals and is adjusted according to your skin, treatment area and tolerance. Your comfort is always considered throughout the treatment.
Numbing cream can be used for some cases but needs to be discussed and tested prior.
