Use 1–3 times weekly, depending on your skin type, condition and tolerance.

1. Cleanse your skin first to remove makeup, sunscreen and daily buildup.

2. Apply a small amount of Exfoliating Cleanser to damp skin.

3. Gently massage in small circular motions, using light pressure and avoiding the eye area.

4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or remove with face towel.

5. Follow with hydrating serums and moisturiser.

For most skin types, I would recommend starting once weekly and increasing only if your skin is tolerating it well.

Avoid using on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, and be cautious about combining it with exfoliating acids, retinoids or other resurfacing products.
